We meet on a regular basis at a variety of fitness locations for a fun and challenging fitness experience (with a bias for CrossFit, because it’s awesome); and afterwards we grab some grub to re-fuel and be happy. It’s the perfect way to meet like-minded people who know how to have a good time – whoever and wherever they are.
